The Nike Air Max 1 “Hangul Dayâ€?is a special colorway of the retro running shoe inspired by the invention of the Korean alphabet system. Originally released exclusively in Asia before receiving a global release soon thereafter, the “Hangul Dayâ€?Air Max 1 modifies the classic sneaker’s design with a minimalistic vibe with mismatched panels. Neutral beige hues are matched with pastel-colored tones across the shoe’s upper. A Jeweled Swoosh is found on both sides of the shoe. On the heel, a blue-tinted plastic heel cover protects the back of the shoe and features dual “Nike Airâ€?and “나이키â€?branding, which translates from Korean to “Nikeâ€?in English.
