The Nike Air Max 90 “Doernbecher 2023â€?is a special colorway of the retro running shoe from Nike’s popular collaboration with Portland, Oregon’s Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Designed by patient Emerson Harrell, the “Doernbecher 2023â€?Air Max 90 features design elements specific to Emerson’s story, specifically his dreams of being an investor. The shoe is complete with a white textile base with contrasting Valor Blue leather overlays. Unique money-inspired graphics are found on the white leather Swoosh on the sides and on the crimson red inner lining. “Bear Downâ€?is debossed on the lateral side of the mudguard as a nod to Emerson’s favorite college team, the Arizona Wildcats.
